Lowongan Environmental, Social and Sustainability Trainer di PT Tuv Rheinland Indonesia

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for learning batches
• Lead new content development to ensure relevant and market driven curriculum & contribute your own expertise to a deep and broad global curriculum
• Research content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
• Mentor and coach junior team members and external consultants, as appropriate
• Conduct training and consulting for our clients
• Support in content & business development

Qualification

•  Education background S1 from relevant major to sustainability such as environmental studies, social and public policy, business administration, forestry or ecology.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in sustainability career as trainer, auditor or consultant
• Preferably certified in  ISPO / RSPO / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 14064
• Good communication and didactic skills
• Good analytic and consulting skills
• Good English skills verbally and in writing
