Job Descriptions:

• Supervising and playing the role of controlling strategic QAQC in the target of achieving QAQCs KPI;
• Support QA&QC Manager in supervising and conducting responsible for monitoring Quality Department Performance: Compilation of defective product including corrective/ preventive action report to Customers, improving Quality Control/ Quality Assurance system plan in order to ensure Customer satisfaction through product quality, Customer Claim, follow up and coordinate for rejection from delivery inspection, Supplier Control handling , etc;
• .Conducting good coordination with Production Line SPV for monitoring Production line performance;
• Preparing for External/ Internal Audit (ISO Audit/ Customers Audit/ Group Company Audit);
• Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assist production floor in Product Quality;
• Responsible in managing and control QAQC systems and procedures in implementation. These systems also including in controlling Kaizen/ Improvement in PPIC process to achieve effective & efficient process and result, and also QA & QC activities;
• .Strong control in progress of Customers Complaint/ Customers Handling/ Quality Internal Process and Projects/ 5M Changes and PCR, and also support QAQC Manager in progressing of the Production plan vs actual. And take immediate countermeasure for any BNF findings to Customers;
• Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Science & Engineering or equivalents;
• .Age of Maximum 32 years old;
• .At least 5 years of working experience as QA&QC Supervisor, mandatory Manufacture industries experiences in Automotive;
• Understanding of Core Tools : FMEA, SPC, APQP is a must, able and understanding of measuring calibration systems & ISO TS/IATF. Microsoft office, especially in making report in Power Point
• Preferable having experience and specialization in QA&QC or equivalent. Preferable with experience in Area QA&QC in Manufacture Company. And having experience in handling Customer Claims, preferable in handling Customer tier 1 or 2 OEM, able to operate Coordinate Measuring Machine Operator (CMM Operator) portable;
• Advanced analytical thinking, Customer Service Oriented, sense or ownership and pride in performing & aligning through Companys targets, High Performance Individual/ Team;
• This position shall has a good relationship & communication to all the Departments & has a positive management attitude in following up any obstacles that he/she might be faced;
• Willing to work in KIIC (Karawang International Industrial City), Able to join beginning of February 2023;
