-OPERATION MANAGER FREIGHT FORWARDING / EXPORT IMPORT

Responsibilites : 

• Check the import and export documents (BL, invoice, packing list, e-COO)
• Maintain relationship with Customs
• Handle any problems at the port (if any)
• *n-charge of import and export shipping documentation 
• Handle document (invoice, P/L, Insurance, AWB, PO, etc)
• Coordinating with CS to ensure seamless integration between coordination and documentation

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years experience in Import/ Freight Forwarding Industry
• Good knowledge of Export Import regulation and procedure
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills, also very good communication skills
• Discipline, have self motivation, high integrity, honest, detail
• Required technical skill: Ms. Office (excel is a must)
• Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Can join immediately
