BLOOM Outdoor Furniture is seeking an experienced Online Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a passion for digital marketing and social media who can develop and execute online marketing and social media strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online marketing and social media strategies that align with business objectives.

• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Develop and curate content for our website and for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that engages our target audience and drives business results.

• Set up and manage a company Pinterest account

• Monitor and analyse website traffic and social media performance, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform digital marketing and social media strategies.

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.

• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

• Proven experience as an Online Marketing and Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques and platforms (e.g. SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, etc.).

• Experience managing social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for business purposes.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
