Job Description :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from all majors
- Fast and thorough in processing data
- Understand excel
- Understanding the features of the Market Place (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, etc)
- Having good communication, negotiation and time management skill
- Good adaptability
- Have a desire & experience in the field of admin sales
- Can work individually and in team
- Can work quickly and neatly
Job Description :
- Handling stock, prices, promo banners, and other related matters in every market place
- Handling customer needs via chat
- Make monthly reports of every sale in the market place
- Make a complaint report in every market place
- Make a promo schedule for the marketplace every month
- Collaborate with PIC of each marketplace related to promotions and others to achieve sales targets
- Develop and optimize sales across all marketplace sales channels and others
- Monitor and analyze product sales traffic from marketplace data
- Understand all the features in the e-commerce marketplace, such as store vouchers, store flash sales, store feeds, broadcast features and others
