Lowongan Finance Manager di PT Amazon Colours Indonesia

KEY FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS:

1. Manage all Finance Department functions to ensure complete day-to-day accounting and financial activities
2. Manage month-end closing and issue monthly management accounts on time   
3. Plan, coordinate and control cash flow and issue relevant reports
4. Draft, implement and manage company budgets
5. Coordinate with external auditing and tax consulting companies
6. Set up and manage Finance and Accounting related procedures
7. Maintain financial control systems
8.  Manage, train and support subordinates and provide guidance on accounting operations
9. Prepare and present monthly batch costing exception report
10. Maintain the fixed assets register
11. Ensure all tax related issues are dealt with correctly and on time
12. Process payments and payroll
13. Reconcile stock-take

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

1. Minimum Diploma III majoring in Accounting
2.  Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment
3. Experience working with an ERP system
4.  Working knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
5. Advanced skills in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
6. Excellent communication in Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
7. Accuracy / attention to detail, deadline-driven and respects strict confidentiality
8. Wiling to be placed in Kawasan Industri Jatake (Tangerang)
