Lowongan Lab Technician / Quality Control di PT Sumber Air Dewa

Under the supervision of the winemaker, primary tasks will be:

• Analyzing and controlling the products according pre-defined plans (ph, total acidity, turbidity, etc)
• Setting traceability and enter the data of wines and spirit process.
• Maintaining the laboratory and the lab equipment in good conditions.
• Controlling the predefined quality steps during the process (from reception of raw materials to bottling).
• Being able to make report.
• Showing true interest and motivation to learn about wine.
• Good English is required.
