Summary of responsibilities :

• Set and monitor sample product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Review processing schedules or sample orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
• Develop or implement sample tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports to detect production problems.
• Optimize operational costs and productivity consistent with safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Develop budgets or approve expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, or equipment are used efficiently to meet sample production targets.
• Brainstroming ideas to make design as client expectation as maintaining accuracy in quality
• Ensure the process of receiving detail requests for all sample processing from the Merchandiser runs correctly and appropriate to the client's requests.
• Manage client's compaints (depends by the case).
• Compile and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for Sample Department.
• Quality of planning (pcs). Make sure if planning is acurate and to see if sample production reach the target by normal working hour, OT or delay because of quality
• Conflict Resolution - if issues have arrived in production during work and needs resolve and help in communication and resolve (and implementation if possible processes to avoid similar problems in the future)
• Coordinate with management if necessary balancing manpower (depending on conditions in the field)
• Prepare reports on operations and system productivity or efficiency
• Supervise subordinate employees.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience in garment sample
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision making skill
• Live in Bali or willing to move to Bali
• Able to join immediately
