Lowongan Savory Food Technologist di PT Takasago International Indonesia

As a Food Technologist, you will perform specialized and compounding of flavor samples, especially for savory samples, for submission to customers and QA Department for testing

You will be based in BSD, and you’ll directly report to Savory Application Manager, in this role you will be responsible for:

• Perform specialized and accurate compounding of flavor samples for submission to customers within a set time frame
• Ensure compounded samples meet QA Department test and requirements
• Responsible for conducting independent flavor application trails from project initiation through adoption/ termination within specific parameters
• Assume responsibility for proactive demonstration from concept stage through presentation
• Record all methods, tasks and findings of assigned projects in required format
• Generate, evaluate and recommend new methods, ingredients, projects and equipment. Suggest solutions for existing and potential issues
• Design, prepare and implement shelf-life testing for specific projects
• Preparation of raw materials and samples for sensory testing and evaluation by Flavorist

Your required skills & competencies:

• Min. bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic chemistry, sensory skills and knowledge of laboratory procedures and methodology
• Attention to details and meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good Communication skill.
