ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Video Editor who is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating visual content for both social media platforms and print media campaigns related to the real estate industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for virtual staging to enhance property presentations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for social media campaigns, property listings, and print materials.
• Create visually stunning graphics, including infographics, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos showcasing properties, neighbourhoods, and real estate trends for use on various online platforms.
• Perform virtual staging to transform vacant properties into inviting and attractive living spaces.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and real estate marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring in a related field with a minimum of 1-year experience;
• Fluency in the English language in all aspects (mandatory);
• Fully vaccinated (including booster vaccination);
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for design, layout and video editing skills;
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not required;
• Familiarity with virtual staging techniques and tools;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Creative mindset, keen attention to detail and passion for compelling visuals;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Efficient and well-organised;
• Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
• Able to work both as part of a team and also with minimal supervision; and
• A positive and can-do attitude.
