Lowongan Import Logistic Supervisor di PT Volcom Indonesia

Job Responsibility:

• Check the shipping documents from international vendor/factory to arrange the Physical Inspection (if needed) and shipment to Volcom Indonesia.
• Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads and provide import cost calculations from some freight forwarders to Production manager, to select the most cost effective method of delivery.
• Confirm rates with carriers. Communicate daily with the international vendor/ factory, freight forwarder and SGS to track and trace all shipments.
• Input the import activities report to the Indonesia Trade Department website. Prepare and report the import activities to Indonesia Import Trade Department.

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

• Graduate with minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
• Having experience in freight forwarding company would be an advantage and good knowledge of import procedures esp. in custom clearance regulation, PIB,L/S
• Min. 2 years of experience in similar position
• Proficiency in English, Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literate
• Highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unique situations
• Honest, Intelligent, Good Interpersonal skills, Good team work, and Good problem solving skills
• Willing to be based in Bali
