Requirements:

•       Have a minimum background Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

•       Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance of medium voltage and low voltage electrical systems, instrumentation and control of SWRO systems or Crystallizer, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, and electric motors.

•       Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.

•       Have a high analysis in problem solving.

•       Have experience in planning maintenance in application systems including inventory systems for tools and spare parts.

•       Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc).

•       Able to understand engineering drawings, be it ME/ EL/ I&C drawings.

•       Able to work in a team.

•       Have high standards in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the work site.

•       Able to speak passive English, and it will be an added value if you can speak active English.

Job description:

•       Responsible for managing preventive maintenance plan properly.

•       Ensuring that the team carry out maintenance of electrical equipment and control systems in accordance with procedures, work instructions and work safety determined by the company.

•       Responsible for minimizing down time of electrical equipment/ control system.

•       Responsible for supervision, leadership and coaching to train new members and monitor members in their area of responsibility.

•       Carry out direct inspections of its members as well as direct inspections of equipment/machines that are being operated to ensure that the inspection results of its members are in accordance with the paper work being done.

•       Ensuring work reports are recorded and monitored and well documented and used as a reference in KPI assessment.

•       Perform quick repairs to electrical equipment and control systems reported by the Operations team with reference to production targets and minimize down time.

•       Report all activities, problem findings, problem solutions, and problem handling to the Maintenance Manager.

•       Create daily, weekly, monthly, semester and annual reports.

•       Create, review and ensure work procedures and instructions are implemented.

•       Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the condition of electrical equipment and control systems and report findings for planned repairs.

•       Coordinate with the Operations, Engineering & Quality and Inventory divisions in the equipment/machine maintenance plan to achieve the specified availability.

•       Ensuring the implementation of the 5S work system and management system, and SMK3, as well as ISO.
