Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering or related field
• Min. 5 year experienced in safety management ( Automotive company prefer )
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective EHS programs.
• Able to speak English both oral and written.
• Have AK3 Umum Certificate.
• Know and understand well the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, ISO 45001:2018 OHS Management System, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
• Know the implementation of IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System standards, ISO 45001:2018 OHS Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
• Experienced in running Safety, Health, and Environmental programs in the Company.
• Have ability to conduct hazard elimination, risk assessment, evaluation of environmental impact aspects and hazard control (JSA and HIRA-DC).
• Mastering the Company's emergency response system.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure the Safety, Health, and Environmental programs in the Company running well as per activity plan.
• Ensure that the company meet the standard of IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System standards, ISO 45001:2018 OHS Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and other requirements or regulations related to Safety, Health, and the Environment.
• Accustomed to monitoring the activities of all HSE personnel.
