Job Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis and Identification: Engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs and challenges. Through effective communication, identify the most suitable solutions and customize technical proposals based on client requirements.
• Solution Design: Develop technical solutions and commercial quotations according to client needs. This involves tasks such as system architecture design, integration strategies, and custom development.
• Technical Consultation: Provide consultation and training support to clients and internal teams regarding product technical details, implementation processes, integration capabilities, and related inquiries.
• Bid Support: In scenarios involving bidding or tendering, prepare technical documents, proposals, and presentations. Ensure that the proposed technical solutions meet the requirements of the bidding process, and provide necessary technical assistance when required.
• Client Communication: Maintain close communication with clients throughout the sales cycle, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the proposed technical solutions.
• Supplier Management: Establish a local supplier ecosystem for the company, oversee activities such as supplier onboarding, settlement, evaluation, and develop an internal repository of cost resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in fields related to computer networks, communications, electronics, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Relevant experience in ICT or DICT project pre-sales, with a focus on passive system.
• Proficiency in on-site surveys and detailed design, ability to use specialized software like CAD for project drawing design.
• Solid foundational knowledge in network communications, previous experience in SI companies is a plus.
• Ability to independently create Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and organize quotations, proficient in standardized supplier management.
• Proficiency in either Chinese or English as a working language, Fluency in Chinese or local Chinese is preferred.
