Lowongan Project Engineer - Building Management System di PT Lami Packaging Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and control all part of electronics projects from concept through design, cost estimates, construction, and closeout of the project.
• Analyze technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determine the architecture electronics requirements of a project such as CCTV, Access control (RFID), Fire Alarm, IP PBX Intercom (Public address) , SCADA / HMI system, BMS (Building management system) and EMS (Energy monitoring system) and control system (PLC Siemens TIA Portal & WinCC) 
• Work closely with the project director through creative problem solving, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to support and facilitate the effective delivery of works and projects according to the required standard and target within budget
• Supervise Electronics installation, keep it in time, cost and scope. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics / control system or related fields
• More than 8 years related electronics and control system experience 
• Extensive experience of planning, project management, design and client liaison project of Electronics (CCTV, Access control (RFID), Fire Alarm, IP PBX Intercom, SCADA / HMI system, BMS and EMS aspect. 
• Experience of interpreting specification and preparing technical proposal.
• Ability to assess the financial feasibility and impact of proposed budget items and also alternatives (Capex / OPex)
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management. 
• Good English communication 
• Good at Auto-CAD, MS-project and electronics (control system) skills
