Requirements :

• Bachelor/ master's degree from reputable university especially from Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or Engineering background
• Have min. 3 years experiences as Project Procurement, with 5 years with releveant broad/depth concepth in managerial position
• Excellent negotiating contract and procurement terms and conditions
• Analytical with ability to build out should-cost models and cost forecasts
• Highly experienced with civil, mechanical or/and Electrical engineering concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of manufacturing/construction processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and work independently
• Has great communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skill
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Language: English, Mandarin (is a plus)
• Placement: Tarakan - North Kalimantan (no roster system)

Key Responsibilites :

• Lead through procurement practices for engineering and manufacturing categories for Civil Construction Project, Capital Equipment, Tender Process, etc
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting
• Drive cost modeling, benchmarking, and strategy management including category business plans, market conditions, and technology roadmaps.
• Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and risks related to new project and business plans
• Collaborate with the technical team and project team from internal to define the purchasing strategy, performance guarantee concept, and to ensure the implementation of the project within the timeline and budget
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
