Job Description :

- Making report, approval and legal opinion/advice as internally

- Handling and assisting any legal and compliance needs within the company

- Update and handle independent research and background check for any regulation, policies and laws updates

- Arrange company licenses

- Legal drafting (composing and reviewing contracts, agreements, letters, other legal documents)

Requirements : 

- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable university 

- At least 2-3 years working experience as corporate legal / business law / legal project, preferably in Real Estate Business

- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.

- Strong in Communication Skill & Negotiation

- Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details

- Discipline, honest, thorough, able to work in teams and individuals

- Willing to be placed at Jakarta
