Lowongan Operation & Program Manager di PT Toba Tenun Sejahtra

· Supervise and lead the daily operations of the Tobatenun community house and natural colouring house in Pematang Siantar

· Prepare and manage social business plans into short term and long term programs to improve Jabu Bonang as a support for the weaving ecosystem in North Sumatra

· Lead the production planning of natural dyes and woven fabrics as part of the Tobatenun upstream supply chain

· Plan and lead the implementation of various activities related to sales, business promotion and social activities in North Sumatra

· Act as Tobatenun representative in North Sumatra to promote Jabu Bonang and Jabu Borna and build good relations with stakeholders (organizations, government, private, community, media) with potential for collaboration

Requirements:

· Hold a bachelors degree in anthropology/ sustainable or related fields

· Have a minimum of 5-6 years of work experience as Operation Program Manager or Coordinator in Social Organization or International Organization

· Have diplomatic skills, able to lead and coordinate, distribute tasks, make decisions and find solutions to overcome problems

· Have good presentation skills and public speaking

· Have wide network in North Sumatra

· Able to prepare proposals, budgets and establish cooperation with the second party

· Interested in culture, traditional textile (Wastra), artisan communities, especially woven fabrics and sustainable fashion

· Have good communication skills, able to be innovative, creative and organized and have the ability to work independently and effectively

· Willing to be placed in Pematangsiantar
