JOB SUMMARY:

Supervising the process of sourcing and purchasing essential products/services for the businesss operations, including comparing costs, negotiating purchase/service agreements and developing inventory controls for the materials/products.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:

·        Minimum of 8 years on-the-job experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry

·        Min Bachelor Degree preferably in Technical Field, Computer literate

·        Experienced in operating ERP system

·        Speak fluent English (other foreign language is an advantage)

·        Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills

·        Must have excellent time and project management skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a strategic sourcing strategy to identify, select, qualify, and manage supplier partners;
• Source and purchase all products/services based on Quality, Service, Cost, and Inventory requirements;
• Manage a diverse supplier base that provides agility and value;
• Lead and resolve specific supplier and/or product issues;
• Supervises and develops the capability of team members;
