Your roles and responsibilities:Â
- Cultivate new markets, new clientele and new industries in order to promote MACROKIOSK’s products and services.
- Work aggressively to make in-road penetrations to new company clientele against a targeted timeline.
- Maintain and surge the performance of existing client base and continuously upsell MACROKIOSK’s products and services to expand its participation and positioning in the client’s operations and strategic plans.
- Build excellent rapport relationship with the clients within the various layers of the client’s organisation to garner maximum sales results for MACROKIOSK.
- Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and attend to inquiries, complaints, issues and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Work with team lead to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities where necessary.
- Target new sales, create new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities.
- Prepare all client presentations and proposals for business development projects or tenders.
- Submission of accurate weekly sales reports and projections, sales activities plan and any additional reports with information requested periodically by managers including sales strategy and updates.Â
What we need from you:Â
- Â At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferable dealing with financial and insurance sector related industry.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong passion in selling with dynamic presentation skills.
- Personality traits - pleasant personality, good attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous, result-oriented, responsible, independent, trustworthy, ethical and team player.
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or its equivalent.
