We're hiring position for Production Manager that focused on development system, production planning, controlling and efficency. The job responsibilites include :

• Meeting 1 time / month with Owner / CEO / CFO
• Coaching all team at least done in 1 month and consistent repeatedly
• Create and implementation effective system
• Maximize production capacity
• Communication with Owner / CEO by daily report
• Help owner to create and calculate new product
• Give advice for CEO / Owner about good solution
• Create Action Plan per Quarter
• Give solution for anything happen about production in company
• Handling team production and equipment
• Collaboration with team to keep safety, comfort and clean at production area
• Implementation new system which is effective and efficiency
• Creating system "program kerja" which is effective and efficiency
• Create KPI for production
• Creating simply process production
• Give feedback for team to CEO / Owner / CFO
• Expert to create sytem using microsoft excel
• Handling legal manufacture

This role have a specific job timing between 8 am - 5 pm

We have Weekly meeting on the first of 3 months and then Monthly meeting after passes 3 month every last monday in a month to align everyone's goals

Our work location at Sukapura, Jakarta Utara and will work with finance manager, marketing manager, operation manager, HRGA team, CEO, CFO

Your journey will start with orientation and induction after that will have a mentorship Manager"
