Job Description:

As an HR manager, your role would be to oversee all aspects of the HR department and ensure that the organization's policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations. You would also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, administering employee benefits, and overseeing employee relations, training, and development. Additionally, you would be required to provide strategic guidance to senior management and ensure that the company's HR practices align with its overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Overseeing the recruitment and selection process
• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Developing and delivering training and development programs
• Analyzing HR metrics and making recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management, business administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing the recruitment and selection process
• Experience in administering employee benefits and compensation programs
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
