Specification :

• Barchelor's degree or diploma majoring food technology/chemistry
• Experience in certification of quaity procedures
• Minimum 3 years experience as PD-QC ( Product development-Quality control ) in food industry
• Have knowledge product stability
• Have good computer skills including Microsoft office and database
• Have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, especially GMP, HACCP, Halal, BPOM and ISO 9001
• Willing to be placed in Bitung Tangerang and join immediately
• Willing to be placed in another city (Java Island)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Identify new product opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, existing players and products in the market
• Assist the design, formulation and development of products the meets the customer demand and fits our brand and marketing positioning
• Prioritize new concepts/products through the development process wich includes: 
• Formula and costing creation 
• Customer/Market test
• Prototype & production scale up
• Packaging and Technology
• Ingredients and supplier/vendor exploration
• Manage product certification process ( BPOM, Halal, etc )
• Responsible to monitor progress of product development according to the timeline
• Work with production to identify process improvment
