Deskripsi Pekerjaan



Job Description :
  • Understand all process in PPIC&Sales Deliver (Inbound and Outbound) including control all document related forecast report, production plan, material equipment planning and inventory to customer request
  • Control forecast, order and update based on information from customer
  • Have experience handling in new project and preparation before mass production
  • Monitoring inventory stock and control preparation delivery to customer
  • Fast response and good communication with customer and have problem solve when occurred problem and can make analysis (5W 1 H)
  • Understand with KPI target in PPIC, and monitoring achievement Dept every month
  • Good communication and coordination with related department
  • Good manage the manpower and can develop skill, knowledge and attitude
  • Have managerial skill such as mentoring, coaching, delegating
  • Good understand management system (IATF, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)

Requirement :
  • Minimum Age 35 Years Old
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Have experience as PPIC Asst.Manager minimum 5 years, Manager minimum 3 years
  • Understand and have experience implementation 5S, Safety, Horenso
  • Target oriented and can work under pressure
  • English is a must
  • Vaccine Booster
  • Own SIM A License
  • Can joint ASAP
  • Placement in KIIC Karawang Barat
