Job Description:

• Align with NPD and PM to make monthly schedule WPR / open discussion refer to whole NPD schedule/timeline, and lead execution of meeting weekly including an action plan and follow up
• Review draft SPM created by B&P team, give feedback in case any process is not suitable for operation, finalize the document, and submit for approval dept head
• Tracking SPM/WPR/open discussion/BOM progress/status/revision
• Proper document control system: numbering / revision / active / inactive for SPM, BOM, Spec, and any other R&D docs
• Align with marketing and BO to develop new packaging for a new product by assessing specifications to protect product and food contact, and do transit testing
• Align with related department BO, procurement, and PPIC to develop alternative suppliers for current packaging, by evaluating specifications should equal to existing
• Proper documentation for all artwork, technical drawings and all packaging specification
• Lead problem-solving and quality improvements related to packaging
• Lead 5S in laboratory, de-clutter weekly, and stock taking

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience handling Document Control / Packaging Development in the R&D division
• Ability to develop a new product with poultry materials with exceptional quality and stability
• Ability to develop a new product with Meat materials with exceptional quality and stability
• Ability to develop a new product of sauces and seasonings with exceptional quality and stability
• Ability to develop a new product in beverages product range with exceptional quality and stability
• Understanding overall projects step on NPD and business process related
• Agility to have anticipation, mitigation, and options of solution with a proper problem-solving methodology and statistically
• Communication skills, ability to influence others, ownership, time management, and test organization
• Understanding of legal and other requirements for food safety and quality management system
