Requirements:
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions and plans to address them
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to explain products or services to customers or potential customers.
- Meeting with other unit in the organization to plan strategically
- Responsible for the targets that have been set
- Communicate with customers regarding order requests, order confirmations and constraints on shipments
- Monitoring order fulfillment until order completion
- Make a work progress report
- Make the necessary reports
- Coordinate internally for order fulfillment and order improvement
Requirements:
- Maximum 37 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience as Customer Relation Officer, sales/account manager or marketing role
- Intermediate English Skill (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Good communications and presentations skill
- Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with targetÂ
- Willing to travel to customer locations
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application
- Driving skills will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakut
- Ready to join immediately
