Job Descriptions :

· Source and negotiate with suppliers

· Prepare purchase orders and reports or other agreements as necessary

· Follow-up or expedite orders as necessary to meet schedules

Responsibilities :

· Coordinating the purchase of material and services for all department of the company

· Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy and specifications

· Responsible to handling administration for import documents

· Evaluating suppliers periodically and follow up

· Responsible to evaluating suppliers periodically

Qualifications :

· Maximum 28 years old

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent

· Good analysis, calculation and negotiation skill

· Able to communicate in English both spoken and written

· Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage

· Computer and email literate

· Able to work under pressure and deadlines

· Have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard working

· Good purchasing knowledge with strong foundation in exim (export-import)

· Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment

· Domicile in Medan is prioritized
