Job Description:

• Provide strategies, concepts and initiatives in sales & marketing campaign.
• Work closely with internal department in implementing sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve targets
• Partnership with other department in boosting sales achievement.
• Negotiate with related parties (digital platform company, vendors) to get programs, best prices, placement in order to reach target.
• Review and improve the content of all communication channels (email, posters, brochures, social media, website content,
• Manage all aspects of marketing communications including marketing emails, social media and blogs
• Succeeded in monitoring and reviewing the tasks of the Markom team which are carried out regularly, ranging from e-commerce, copywriting, public relations, photography, videography, creative design, creative content management
• Create and manage marketing programs to increase traffic and sales (Offline & Online)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Communication / Public Relations or equivalent.
•  Minimum 10 years of working experience in Marketing Communication filed with last 3 years in managerial position
• Good leadership, self-starter, and good skill training
• Experience in using Blog, Vlog, social media and actively using them
• Highly skilled in presentation and communication
• Possess good public speaking
• Should display groomed appearance, professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company
• Possess analysis skills, and detail oriented
