Lowongan Mechatronics and Research & Development Engineer di PT Honicel Indonesia

• Being hands-on and knowledgeable in depth regarding all the unique production- and processing machines as well as processes within the Honicel Organization in Indonesia and being able to optimize, upgrade and improve existing processes and machines as well as develop new production and processing machines for new Honicel-products

• Responsible for the timely maintenance and repair of the production and processing machines to guarantee a steady and optimal production during the scheduled working hours

• The engineer is an excellent analyst and has a creative mind (out of the box thinker) and is at the same time very efficient and cost-conscious and has a “never give up” mentality

• Prepared designed including (PLC) programming, instrument control, electrical drawing & implementation

• Testing, QC & optimized the program, onsite commissioning, instruction (manuals) and training until handover

• Commissioning will involving amongst other; Electrical, Calibration, Automation & Mechanicals works

• Must be able and willing to carryout -by himself- onsite works such as wiring, loop test, mechanical assembly.

• Hands-on, all-encompassing implementation on every development and guide them

• Ability to work in a team as well as alone

• Liaising with buyers and marketing & sales and production management

• As member of the Management Team, capable of preparing budgets and targets for the R & D department and contribute in MT tasks and responsibilities

• The Mechatronic and R & D Engineer is a Team Player, whereby he will stimulate his Team as well as himself to achieve a continuous improvement process

• In case required, willing to travel and work at other Honicel Production Units across Indonesia, though the base station is Honicel in Sidoarjo

Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma 3 in Mechatronics, physic, instrumentation, electrical, & programming.

• Age, approximately 30~35 years old

• Minimum has 3 year of working experience -preferably- in related field / line of business

• Strong analyst, efficient and effective solution- respectively strong drive in optimizing creativity, with passion for engineering and Research & Development with an eye for detail. 

• Experienced and handy in programming such as (Mitsubishi) PLC’s (Java & Phyton will be advantages). and having experience with SCADA software will be a benefit

• Having experience with panel designed & wiring as well as with pneumatic & servo drives will be advantages.

• Understanding and safeguarding the most optimal and reliable performance of the production and processing machines and the maintenance of it

• Mastering AutoCAD and SolidWorks machine drawings as well as mastering electrical wiring diagrams

• Language knowledge in word and writing: Bahasa and English
