ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proposing product roadmap along with the prioritization.

• Leading product development end to end from ideation to release.

• Work closely with the cross-functional department (business development, operations, finance, external stakeholders) to define product value, create PRD, and estimate product ETA.

• Work closely with the project manager and engineering team to build the product and monitor development.

• Identify and develop the opportunity and gaps in the implementation and set up the plan to achieve the targets.

• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.

• Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across teams, product areas, and functions.

• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• S1 graduates from Computer Science/ Engineering/Math/ Statistics.

• 1-3 years of experience as a product manager

• Experience in Fintech especially in PPOB is a plus

• Have a genuine passion for product-centric innovation

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating partner’s feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.

• Experience in writing product docs, flow charts, wireframing, POC validation, product market fit
