The SHES  Specialist Supply Chain & Governance provides support on supply chain and SHES governance  activities within the Asia region to ensure:

                    -    sustenance of SHES systems and program is managed and controlled and 
                    -    Supply chain SHES risks are identified and managed

    Adhere to all SHES requirements. 
    Works cooperatively with other SMEs and business partnering/tactical resources within Asia SHES & Supply Chain. 
    Support a work environment that fosters a positive safety culture.
    Guide the region to identify Supply Chain risks, controls and drive excellence in performance and risk management. 
    Oversee the governance framework across Orica sites and supply chain activities, including analysis and identification of areas for improvement.  
    Provides advice in response and facilitates SHES queries related to Supply Chain and General SHES
    Analysis of SHES Supply chain performance / information, providing feedback, reports and recommendations
    Establishes supply chain controls and contractor process relevant to Supply Chain
    Monitors Supply Chain Events and associated Action Management
    Assists investigation of Supply Chain events across Asia
    Facilitation and implementation of Supply Chain initiatives working together with the Asia Supply Chain team
    Overseeing rollout and execution of SHES assurance (Tier 2 / CheckPoint and Tier 3 including MHM and JCC)
    Participates in and supports SHES Assurance / audit activities, follow-up enquiries, analysis and reporting 
    Supports development and monitoring of the SHES risk profile (including all SHES material risks and supply chain).  
    Contributes to the development and implementation of SHES management systems.
    Works collaboratively with the Asia SHES and Operations Services team and the Asia Supply Chain function / teams to support effective, efficient and sustainable operations

    5+ years working in SHES  / Supply Chain with specific engagement and interaction with Supply Chain Safety / Risk Management. 
    Analytical and written skills (including computer literacy).
    Good interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
    Certified / trained auditor
    Safety or Supply Chain degree qualified
    5+ years working with Supply Chain / SHES
    Audit and investigation experience.
