Job Description

As HEOR and Policy Shaping Manager, you will lead the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local (CPO) level. Collects and analyze data to generate insights for Patient Access submissions that jointly create value for customers, patients and Novartis.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Proactively seeks for opportunities to co-create and collaborate with investigator to shape reimbursement environments to adopt innovations
Experience in critical appraisal of clinical, health economic and outcomes research studies
Support in HEOR project execution and/or other market survey projects to address access barriers and specific needs of health system or payers, including writing research plan (protocol, statistical analytical plan), vendor selection, and budget management
Monitor and control ongoing project to align with agreed timeline and budget
Support in data extraction and economic model adaptation using internal and local data sets, and roll out the application to support product strategic plans
Prepare slide kit of abstract/draft technical findings and information for non-technical audiences
Grow to contribute to development of research strategies to advance critical health economic value communication objectives
Able to liaise and coordinate with cross function team and support brand strategy related to data generation. Develop good engagement with external stakeholders too.
To use data generation result and leverage it to publication or related stakeholder for policy shaping purpose

Minimum requirements
What youll bring to the role:
Bachelor degree in public health (recommended), pharmacy, or other life sciences. Postgraduate degree would be an advantage.
Experience in data analysis with a focus on health economic and outcomes research. Experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage.
Strong research and quantitative skills. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office application and statistical software (eg. Stata, SAS, SPSS).
Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including presentation and report writing. Good attention to detail and ability to meet high quality standards. Ability to adapt, work in a team and independently.
