Key Responsibilities:

• Providing IT assistance to all employees
• Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
• Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems
• Analyze & review root causes from inspection results, suggest repairs, replacements, or other actions to overcome IT-related problems
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
• Assist other projects related to IT if needed
• Administer peripheral systems maintain phone (PABX), voicemail, printing and scanning systems, CCTV, access door, lift, etc
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision & able to do multitasking
• Supporting GA work activities

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or similar major
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Officer or Support Specialist or similar position
• Familiarity with Windows Server configuration and administration
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks (LAN/WAN, Firewall, Fortigate, Cisco, Access Point, Mikrotik, VPN, etc)
• Proficiency in various software or tools, such as attendance (Solution), fingerprint (Fingerspot Personnel), access door, etc
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (basic English is required)
• Preferable understanding of programming languages, such as Java, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, C++, etc)
• Willing to work on Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
