Lowongan Assistant Operations Manager di PT Bdp Indonesia

Primary Role:

• Ensure all export and import jobs are processed completely and accurately to achieve an excellent service level.
• Develop, supervise, and guide direct subordinates to achieve optimal performance through coaching & counseling, conducting performance management, training, and other developmental tools.
• Develop business performance by leveraging the existing client base and onboarding new customers.
• This position report to an Operations Manager or Country Director

Responsibilities:

• To verify that all export and import jobs meet KPI targets.
• To supervise export and import staff for zero errors and delays and increase productivity.
• To maintain a close relationship with customers through proactive and responsive communications.
• To ensure the organizations Management System Standards are followed and enforced.
• To ensure compliance with legislative requirements is met or exceeded.
• To do commercial business development activities not only in central Java and Yogyakarta but other Indonesian areas if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in logistics or relevant major
• Min. 5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics business with at least 2-3 years at the supervisory level.
• Fully familiar with import customs brokerage is a must
• Understanding warehouse management operations is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Possess practical leadership skill
• Great ambition for promotion based on performance
