Job Description:

• Leading the all team in Engineering department including ME, PIE and Facility Team
• Provide plants with sufficient machine, HVAC, and utility engineering capabilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy (TPM Implementation)
• Leading teams to create and implement a break down maintenance, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance for production, utility & other equipment machine to minimize break down time, quality & safety problem
• Optimise equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc.
• Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events
• Lead process engineering support of the scale-up of new product(s) and in the improvement of existing product(s)
• Manage, coach and mentor to Engineer, Supervisor and Technicians to achieve of their development skill planning.
• Propose and oversee budget related to new investmenst, modification of systems or machines and training for employees to improve skills.
• Approval of the Engineering Procedure
• Overtime request, spare parts request Approval
• Associate performance Evaluation, Coaching & Mentoring
• Execution of all Engineering KPI Strategy
• Other jobs assigned by superior。

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Engineering or above with more than 8 Years experience
• Proficiency in project management using TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and project
• Good skill & Knowledge about TPM Implementation (AM, PM, FI & other TPM Pillar)
• Familiar with production machineries and utility equipment such as chiller, compressor, AHU/FCU, cooling tower and also electricity equipment such as Transformer, Genset
• Familiar with Spare part management system
• Familiar with New Machine and New Product introduction
• Familiar with IE improvement techniques and key skills, with practical experience in capacity assessment
• Good knowledge of product processing and industrialization processes.
• Experience with Process and product risk assessment such as PFMEA, DFM
• Leadership & cross culture capability to lead international team
