Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  1. Maintain and upgrade hardware and network infrastructure.
  2.  End-user Support day-to-day operations through efficient troubleshooting.
  3.  Maintained co-workers' IT systems and hardware.
  4.  Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
  5.  Skilled in installing & troubleshoot hardware (notebook, PC desktop, printer, CCTV, etc).
  6. Backup & Restore Data and security system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Have minimum 2 years of working experience as a Tehcnical Support
  • Strong understanding of network concepts (routing, switching, trunking).
  • Good understanding of operating system technology, such as Linux and Windows Server.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, access points, and CCTV
