Job Responsibilities

Event Management Support

1) Assist in preparation and coordination of events, exhibitions and workshops

2) Assist in fulfillment of logistic requirements for events and exhibitions

3) Assist in liaison with exhibition and logistic vendors when necessary

Support in Design & Development of Marketing Materials and Digital Marketing Efforts

1) Assist in exhibition conceptualization and planning (recce, mockup setup etc.)

2) Assist in development of digital marketing processes (EDMs, social media, etc)

3) Update and maintain company and product lines’ social media platforms

4) Update official company website and product lines’ micro-sites and assist in maintenance of content

5) Assist in managing customer in-clinic marketing support (digital and traditional) to aid customers in generating client traffic

6) Cataloguing existing library of marketing collaterals (hard and soft copies)

7) Liaising with suppliers for production of collaterals, exhibition items and other marketing items (for quotations, deliveries and other arrangements)

8) Assist in videography and video editing

Other Duties

1) Compilation of customer database for purposes of marketing communications

2) In-house printing of promotional and marketing items when necessary

3) Management of marketing inventory

4) Any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• D3 - S1 from Marketing/Communications educational background
• At least 2 Year(s) of sales experience in the medical device field is preferred for this position; candidates with other sales experience may apply
• Good command of Bahasa and English
