Responsibilities:

·        Ensuring the Export and Import Procurement process from beginning to end runs properly and happened in the most cost-effective & most-efficient way.

·        Managing Export and Import Procurement Activities and ensuring compliance with government laws, regulations, and internal policies

·        Oversee the company’s shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and customs administrations

·        Negotiate contracts with suppliers/partners regarding prices, Services quality, and delivery times

·        Analyze the market trend related to the Export & Import procurement process

·        Empowering teams to provide continuous improvement for the Export and Import procurement process

·        Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirement:

·        Bachelor’s degree from any major

·        Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement and EXIM

·        Good analytical, negotiation, & leadership skills

·        Good knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and other supply chain aspect

·        Fluent in English (added value)

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Preferred in the beauty industry

·        Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and etc
