Job Description :
Qualification :
- Manage All of Mall Operation including facility management, tenant management, cleaning, security, parking and maintenance.
- Manage & supervise sales / marketing, financial matter ( cash flow, financial report, budget etc ) tenant and leasing, contract services.
- Ensure the tenant, contractor, service providerand others are following the mall operating procedures and policies.
Qualification :
- Minimum 5 years experience at the same field ( hotel / mall / building )
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Good time management skill and analytical skill
- Good Team Player
