PT Simba Jaya Utama (Simba Refinery) have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Compliance Officer to our business.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program
• Develop and review company policies
• Advice management on the company's compliance with laws and regulation through detailed reports
• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and agreements
• Communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, public authority, institutions, etc.)
• Regularly audit company procedures, practice and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
• Performs due diligence and related activities

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Law with minimal GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Intermediate Ms Office
• Have a strong commitment to delivering given tasks and good flexibility in multitasking
• Possess sound logic, good interpersonal skills, organizational skill and strong theoretical knowledge
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Have both good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations
• Have both good communication and research skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
