Lowongan Hotel Operational Manager di PT Lombok Torok Developments

For the development of its hospitality operations, a 10- room boutique hotel with a 30-seat cover restaurant, Spa, and hospitality training facilities, nestled within a 10-hectare Organic Gardens estate, PT Lombok Torok Developments are currently seeking a Hotel Operational Manager to oversee the pre-opening activities.

You will be responsible for the coordinating activities and helping people reach their full potential, to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Job descriptions:

• Coordinate the pre-opening activities and coordinate with the teams the timeline and act as a liaison between construction and management
• Research, sourcing and negotiating of equipment, materials, and supplies for the Hotel and F&B operation
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and SOP’s to ensure that the hotel facility operates smoothly
• Hire, develop, manage and train the team in all aspects, ensuring their performances are up to standards
• Manage the operations of the hotel in order to ensure superior guest experience
• Manages performance issues that arise within the operational department
• Ensure property standard is maintained and at a high level at any time

 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expert in hotel operations and F&B management, minimum of 5 years’ experience on managerial level
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in 5-star properties
• Leadership skills and a decision maker - ability to motivate a team into high performance
• Passion for motivating, training, engaging and developing the team
• Previous work experience in pre-opening hotel is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, under pressure and on deadline
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Report to MD
• Based in the South of Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat
