• Provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team
• Process paperwork (Purchase Request, Sales Order, etc), maintain the customer database update, and ensure products or services are delivered on-time.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sales
• Provide Travel Advance (TA), including preparing and sending these documents for business trips and collaborating with other departments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor’s degree, any field related to engineering/HVAC
• Have a good skill in communication
• Highly motivated, target oriented individual, and detail oriented
• Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Good in English, both written and verbal communication
