Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree, preferable from Finance
• Has minimal 5 years’ experience as General Manager Finance & Operations
• Collaborative approach to leadership including managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management
• Exceptional levels of communication both written and verbal along with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement strategy and drive change.
• Produce high quality documentation such as information memorandums and board papers.
