Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to implement HR programs to build human capital and a strong development culture to align with Business Goals and HR Business Process
• Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
• Develop and implementation of Talent Management, such as: people review, talent mapping, Individual Development Plan (IDP) 
• Develop and implementation of Performance Management, such as: develop expectation and goals, people productivity, appraisal
• Create, develop and implementation of Organization Development, such as: organization structure, KPI, Job Description 
• Design career development path for various functions.
• Develop Training Need Analysis and running training programs according to company needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in organizational psychology, industrial engineering, human resources management from reputable University.
• Having minimum of 3 years experience handle HR – Learning and Organizational Development including designing competency based development program, managing learning management system, mananaging training and other development program, training modules development, evaluation, and involve in improvement project
• Expertise in designing effective organization structure, job analysis, job description, workload analysis, KPIs and performance appraisal, career development path, and company culture.
• Strong leadership, decision making, and developing others analytical thinking, and driving changes.
• Detail oriented and work-organized person.
• Effective communicator.
