Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or equivalent.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience as a Finance & Accounting Tax Manager or similar role in Property Industry
• Certified Brevet A & B
• Proficient with Ms. Office & accounting (accurate) software
• Familiar with cost & tax accounting computation knowledge such as SAP, E-SPT, E-Filing, E-Bupot, E-Billing
• Good knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting (control), cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation & good leadership skills
• Understanding of financial statistic and accounting principles & Tax regulation

Job Description:

• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts ( Business Development)
• Pricing Strategy
• Able to make financial statements, conduct a review and analysis of the reports.
• Checking and controlling project budget and expenditure report
• Analyze the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
• Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
• Lead the finance department, including: create, develop and maintain SOPs rules for payment and train the staff (Team)
• Coordinate the finance department, both in terms of timeliness of work completion, reporting and cooperation with related departments
• Liaise with consultant/auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finance is maintained
