Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for students at the primary and secondary levels, in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.
• Identify students' strengths and weaknesses in mathematics and implement targeted interventions to support their individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the mathematics curriculum, ensuring alignment with Cambridge standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in mathematics education, incorporating innovative teaching techniques into lessons.
• Encourage student participation in mathematics-related extracurricular activities, such as competitions, clubs, or events.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Teaching certification or license in Mathematics or Education.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary and secondary levels, preferably within a Cambridge curriculum.
• In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and its assessment methods.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and accommodate various learning styles.
• Passion for mathematics and a commitment to fostering a love for the subject in students.
