1. Check the user requirement, approve comparison table from buyer.

2. Expediting the urgent material and match with our fabrication schedule

3. Manage Periodic Evaluation Vendor Performance

4. Controlling the Selected and Evaluated vendor Prequalification.

5. Approve the selected vendor into vendor list.

6. Re-Check outstanding PR and PO

7. Manage PO Listing

8 . Implement appropriate purchasing strategies to meet cost reduction and productivity improvement targets

9. Negotiate if necessary the condition, terms, price, etc. with supplier, and special material requirement.

10. Work and coordinate with site team to strengthen communication and improve efficiency

12. Collaborates with Direktur to define procurement requirements including proposed scope of work/specifications, evaluation criteria, pricing schedule, milestone dates, budgeted contract amount and term of contract

13. Define and implement Commodity / material field pooling strategies, documented and regularly updated in Commodity Strategy Master to ensure long-term cost-efficient supply.

14. Full strategic responsibility for Division-specific material.

15. Handle all Purchasing/Procurement/Logistic Activities for company Shipment arrangement for import, and follow up the shipment with supplier, forwarder, warehouse
