Lowongan Finance & Budget Manager di PT Alam Prathama Sejahtera

Requirements:

• Minimum. Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting

• Minimum. 5 years experience in finance with at least 2 years experience in Managerial position

• Have knowledge & experience in handling Budgeting• Strong in Microsoft Office

• Proven competencies in team leading and team leadership

• Proven experience at senior levels, including leading financial modeling project or new financial project studies. 

Job Descriptions:

• Performing monthly Checking financial reports, creating Financial Highlights reports, Management Reports and Performance reviews

• Preparation of the annual budget of financial statements

• Provide technical assistance on cost analysis, fund allocation, and budget preparation

• Summarize the budget and provide recommendations for approval/disapproval of funding requests.

• Monitoring budget vs actual & prepare monthly budget review.

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures

• Support and guide teams in the development of Financial Forecasting

• Preparation of project financials preparation, feasibility study, and returns calculations, Operational plans

• Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.

• Provide data and information needed by related parties

• Develop SOPs with the Business Process team to improve/maximize the company's operational effectiveness

• Prepare, create, and improve SOP documents such as: flowcharts, work instructions, forms, and other reports as needed according to management needs

• Conduct socialization of SOPs and evaluate the suitability of employee workflows with SOPs

• Implementing SOPs and facilitating the implementation of SOPs for all employees

• Revise the SOP if necessary, according to the company's situation and conditions
