Lowongan Superintendent of Drilling and Completion IPM Project di PT Enecal Indonesia

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the drilling and completion activities related to the IPM project, ensuring that all operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan and schedule drilling and completion activities, including well design, drilling procedures, completion operations, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain drilling and completion procedures and practices to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments, including geology, reservoir engineering, and production engineering, to ensure the efficient execution of drilling and completion operations.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure that they deliver services according to contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Ensure that all drilling and completion activities are carried out in compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor drilling and completion progress and report on operational and financial performance.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the drilling and completion team, identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improving the project's drilling and completion performance.
• Assist formulating technical tender

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling and completion operations.
• Strong knowledge of drilling and completion operations, including well design, drilling procedures, completion operations, and testing activities.
• Experience with integrated project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals.
• Experience with managing contractors and service providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong focus on safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
