Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical)
• Experience three years in the same position, experienced in M/E Industry (Genset, HVAC, Etc)
• Have ability to create and manage project strategy
• Have good communication skills with all levels and have good interpersonal skills
• Initiative, proactive in solving technical problems and field coordination
• Have the ability to speak english (technique) both oral and written
• Have good ability in operating Microsoft Office
• Result oriented, able to work under tight pressure and deadline
• Have the ability to work independently

Job Description:

• Coordinate internal resource and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all project are delivery on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
